Jaiqwah Jackson was last seen in the 1000 block of Ironside in Camden, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
His mother said he was last seen grabbing his cellphone and leaving the house at about 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9.
He is 5-foot 5-inches tall and weighs 134 pounds.
He was wearing black and gray clothing and white New Balance sneakers.
